WIPER AND WASHER: RAIN SENSOR:

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE RAIN SENSOR COVER





(a) Remove the rain sensor cover.
2. REMOVE RAIN SENSOR
HINT: This step should be performed only when the rain sensor tape needs to be replaced.





(a) Release the stopper by pulling the stopper down and disconnect the rain sensor as shown in the illustration.





(b) Disconnect the connector and remove the rain sensor.
3. REMOVE RAIN SENSOR TAPE
HINT: This step should be performed only when the rain sensor tape needs to be replaced.

(a) Remove the rain sensor tape.
NOTE:
The rain sensor tape can be reused, however, replace it with a new one if it is dirty or damaged.
