RX 300 with Slide Roof (Screen View)

If the "Customize Unsuccessful" Screen (Screen A) appears when attempting to customize an item of the Slide Roof function, perform the following steps:

1. Turn the Ignition Switch to the OFF position.
2. Remove the Dome Fuse, Picture B.
3. Reinstall the Dome Fuse, Picture B.
4. Turn the Ignition Switch to the ON position.

5. Exit back to the "Function Select" Menu (Screen C). Select the desired function to be customized and proceed with customization.
NOTE:
After selecting the item to be customized, the Diagnostic Tester Initializes Communication with the vehicle.
RX 300 without Slide Roof (Screen View)

If the "Customize Unsuccessful" (Screen A) appears when attempting to customize any available electrical functions, perform the following steps:

1. Exit back to the "Function Select" menu (Screen B).

2. Turn the Ignition Switch to the OFF position, Picture B.
3. Turn the Ignition Switch to the ON position, Picture C.
4. At the "Function Select" menu (Screen B), proceed by selecting the desired item to be customized.
NOTE:
After selecting the item to be customized, the Diagnostic Tester Initializes Communication with the vehicle.
If the "Customize Unsuccessful" Screen (Screen A) appears when attempting to customize an item of the Slide Roof function, perform the following steps:
1. Turn the Ignition Switch to the OFF position.
2. Remove the Dome Fuse, Picture B.

4. Turn the Ignition Switch to the ON position.
5. Exit back to the "Function Select" Menu (Screen C). Select the desired function to be customized and proceed with customization.

If the "Customize Unsuccessful" (Screen A) appears when attempting to customize any available electrical functions, perform the following steps:
1. Exit back to the "Function Select" menu (Screen B).
2. Turn the Ignition Switch to the OFF position, Picture B.
3. Turn the Ignition Switch to the ON position, Picture C.
4. At the "Function Select" menu (Screen B), proceed by selecting the desired item to be customized.
