CENTERING ADJUSTMENT
This adjustment is made by turning the centering adjusting screw on the regulator. If speed control engages at 2 or more mph higher than selected speed, turn centering adjusting screw counterclockwise a small amount. If engagement speed is 2 or more mph below selected speed, turn centering adjusting screw clockwise a small amount. Check for proper centering adjustment on a level road after each adjustment.
VACUUM DUMP OR VENT VALVE
While holding brake pedal in the depressed position, move vacuum dump valve toward pedal bracket as far as possible, then release brake pedal
