Alternator bolt- trunnion lock nuts ..........12-14 Nm

Alternator pivot bolt ........................23-27 Nm

Alternator pivot bolt nut ....................23-27 Nm

Banlo bolt to cylinder head ..................13-16 Nm

Camcover to cylinder head ...................9.5-12 Nm

Camshaft sprocket to camshaft ................23-27 Nm

Clip-hose to breather pipe .....................2.4 Nm

Connecting rod to big end nut .................52-55 Nm

Cylinder block drain plug .....................68-75 Nm

Cylinder head to cylinder block:

Tighten in sequence to ........................52-54 Nm

Rotate clockwise through exactly 90°

Dipstick to bracket .............................5-8 Nm

Distributor clamp plate to timing cover ......9.5-12 Nm

Exhaust manifold to cylinder head .............23-27 Nm

Heat shield to exhaust manifold ...............23-27 Nm

Heater pipe to cylinder head ..................23-27 Nm

Heater pine to inlet manifold ................9.5-12 Nm

Hose-bottom hose to water pump ..............3.8-4.3 Nm

Hose-expansion tank to water pump ...........2.5-3.5 Nm

Hose-heater return pipe to water pump .......2.5-3.5 Nm
