Intake Manifold / Torque Sequence:
Intake Manifold
1. Tighten all bolts and nuts to
4.9 to 9.8 Nm (0.50 to 0.99 kg-m, 44 to 86 inch lbs.).
2. Finally tighten all bolts and nuts to
26.5 to 31.4 Nm (2.7 to 3.2 kg-m, 20 to 23 ft. lbs.).
Tighten all bolts and nuts to the final torque, evenly dividing the tightening into at least five steps.
Intake Manifold Upper Collector / Torque Sequence:

Tighten in numerical order shown in the figure.
Bolts 17.6 to 21.6 Nm (1.8 to 2.2 kg-m, 13 to 15 ft. lbs.).
Intake Manifold Lower Collector / Torque Sequence:

Tighten in numerical order shown in the figure.
Nuts and Bolts 17.6 to 21.6 Nm (1.8 to 2.2 kg-m, 13 to 15 ft. lbs.)
