2.Use a grease pencil to outline the location of the power assist step front bracket location on the power assist step.

3.Remove the power assist front bracket to power assist step bolts. Refer to Assist Step Replacement

4.Remove the power assist step motor. Refer to Assist Step Motor Replacement .

Caution:Refer to Fastener Caution .
Tighten 6 N �m (53 lb in)

2Power Assist Step Front Bracket Nuts (Qty: 3)Tighten 10 N �m (89 lb in)
