Cylinder Head
Use NEW cylinder head bolts
Bolts (1, 10)
First pass 30 Nm (22 lb ft)
Second pass 90 degrees
Final pass 70 degrees
M8 cylinder head bolts (11, 15) 30 Nm (22 lb ft)
Begin with the center bolt (11) and alternating side-to-side, work outward tightening all of the bolts
Surface Flatness
Block Deck 0.1 mm (0.004 in)
Exhaust Manifold Deck 0.13 mm (0.005 in)
Intake Manifold Deck 0.08 mm (0.0031 in)
