Inertia Fuel Shutoff (IFS) Switch









Removal and Installation

1. Remove the RF lower cowl trim panel.

2. Disconnect the Inertia Fuel Shutoff (IFS) switch electrical connector.

3. NOTICE: Do not overtighten the fasteners or damage to the switch will occur.

Remove the 2 bolts and the IFS (Inertia Fuel Shutoff) switch.
- To install, tighten to 2 Nm (18 lb-in).


4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- If necessary, reset the IFS (Inertia Fuel Shutoff) switch after the installation has been completed.
