Removal and Installation

1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.

2. Disconnect the Crankshaft Position (CKP) sensor electrical connector.

3. Remove the bolt and the CKP (Crankshaft Position).
- To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).

- Inspect the O-ring seal and install new as necessary.


4. NOTE: Lubricate the CKP (Crankshaft Position) O-ring seal with clean engine oil.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.


5. Using the scan tool, perform the Misfire Monitor Neutral Profile Correction procedure following the on-screen instructions.
