Transmission Range (TR) Sensor





Removal

1. Disconnect the Transmission Range (TR) sensor electrical connector.





2. Remove the 2 TR (Transmission Range) sensor bolts and the TR (Transmission Range) sensor.





Installation

1. Install the TR (Transmission Range) sensor and the 2 TR (Transmission Range) sensor bolts.
- Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).






2. Connect the TR (Transmission Range) sensor electrical connector.





3. Adjust the selector lever cable.

4. Re-calibrate the TR (Transmission Range) sensor. For additional information, refer to Transmission Adaptive Learning Transmission Adaptive Learning.

5. Verify the vehicle starts in PARK and NEUTRAL only.
