Heater Core

Removal and Installation

1. Remove the heater core and evaporator core housing. For additional information, refer to Heater Core And Evaporator Core Housing Service and Repair.

2. Remove the dash panel seal.





3. Remove the 2 heater core tube bracket screws and remove the bracket.





4. Remove the 3 heater tube cover screws and remove the heater tube cover





5. Remove the heater core retainer screw and position the retainer aside.





6. Remove the heater core.

7. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
