Inertia Fuel Shutoff (IFS) Switch









Removal and Installation

1. Open the glove compartment.

2. Release the glove compartment stop and lower the glove compartment.





3. If equipped, remove the telematics module.

4. Remove the 2 Inertia Fuel Shutoff (IFS) switch bolts.
- To install, tighten to 2 Nm (18 lb-in).

5. Disconnect the IFS (Inertia Fuel Shutoff) switch electrical connector and remove the IFS (Inertia Fuel Shutoff) switch from the vehicle.

6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
