Cruise Control
The cruise control system consists of the following components:
- Cruise control switches (integral to the LH steering wheel switch)
- Cruise control indicator
- Clockspring
- Electronic Throttle Body (ETB)
- PCM
- Stoplamp switch
- Steering Column Control Module (SCCM) (located on the steering column)
During normal driving the vehicle speed can vary slightly from the set speed due to road conditions. The vehicle speed can fluctuate when driving up and down a steep hill. If the vehicle speed decreases more than 16 km/h (10 mph) below the set speed, the cruise control disengages.
When a My Key(R) is in use vehicle speed is limited to 130 km/h (80 mph).
