Removal

NOTE: When installing a new washer pump, be careful not to damage the rubber grommet.

NOTE: To prevent spilling washer fluid, drain the washer reservoir before washer pump removal.

1. Remove the RF (Right Front) fender splash shield. REFER to Fender Splash Shield .

2. NOTE: Front bumper removed for clarity.
Disconnect the washer pump electrical connector.





3. NOTE: Front bumper removed for clarity.
Disconnect the washer hoses.





4. NOTE: Front bumper removed for clarity.
Remove the washer pump.





Installation

1. NOTICE: Do not operate the washer pump prior to filling the washer reservoir. Failure to follow this instruction may result in premature pump failure.

NOTICE: When installing a new washer pump, be careful not to damage the rubber grommet.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

- Fill the washer reservoir with windshield washer fluid.
