Accessory Protocol Interface Module (APIM)

Removal

1. Remove the FCDIM (Front Control/Display Interface Module). REFER to Front Controls Interface Module (FCIM) .

2. Remove the 4 screws and remove the APIM (Accessory Protocol Interface Module) from the APIM (Accessory Protocol Interface Module) bracket.
- To install, tighten to 0.6 Nm (5 lb-in).

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

2. Program the APIM (Accessory Protocol Interface Module). REFER to Accessory Protocol Interface Module (APIM) Module Replacement Programming.
