Trailer Brake Control (TBC) Module
Removal
1. NOTICE: Care must be taken not to damage the coin tray/storage bin, switch assembly (if equipped) or finish panel during removal.
Using a small screwdriver, or similar tool, remove the coin tray/storage bin (or switch assembly if equipped) by prying out on the RH side of the tray/bin.
- If equipped with a switch assembly, disconnect the electrical connector.
2. Pull the Trailer Brake Control (TBC) module out of the instrument panel and disconnect the electrical connector.
Installation
1. Position the TBC (Trailer Brake Control) module into the instrument panel by aligning the plastic rail on top of the module with the 2 tabs on the bracket and install the module.
- Connect the TBC (Trailer Brake Control) module electrical connector.
2. If equipped, install the coin tray/storage bin.
3. If equipped with a switch assembly, connect the electrical connector and install the switch assembly.
