Fender - Front









Removal and Installation

1. Remove the radiator grille opening panel reinforcement. For additional information, refer to Radiator Grille Opening Panel Reinforcement- Upper Radiator Grille Opening Panel Reinforcement - Upper and Radiator Grille Opening Panel Reinforcement- Lower Radiator Grille Opening Panel Reinforcement - Lower.

2. Remove the front fender-to-front fender splash shield wheel lip screws.





3. With the front door open, remove the front fender rear upper screw.
- To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).


4. Through the front fender wheel well, remove the inner screw.
- To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).






5. Remove the lower rear fender screw and shims.
- To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).


6. Remove the lower front fender-to-fender mounting bracket screw.
- To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).






7. Remove the front fender upper screws and the front fender.
- To install, tighten 10 Nm (89 lb-in).






8. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
