1. Make sure alignment equipment is calibrated and in good working condition to obtain accurate results.
2. Start engine and move steering wheel back and forth several times until it is in straight-ahead or centered position.
3. Turn engine OFF and lock steering wheel in place using a steering wheel holder.
4. NOTE: When jam nuts ant loosened for toe adjustment, the nuts must be tightened to 47 - 63 Nm (35 - 46 ft. lbs.).

Adjust LH and RH tie rod end until each wheel has one-half of desired total toe specification. Correct toe setting is given in Specifications.
