NOTE: Any time a hose or component connection leak is observed, the connector fitting must be separated, cleaned and a new O-ring seal installed. The O-ring seals and connector surfaces should be lubricated with clean refrigerant oil prior to assembly.

O-ring surfaces must be free of dirt, lint, burrs and scratches.

All O-ring seals must be lubricated with clean PAG Compressor Oil Motorcraft YN-12c F7AZ-19589-DA or equivalent meeting Ford specification WSH-M1C231-B immediately prior to installation.
