- Key "OFF".
- Breakout box installed, Powertrain Control Module (PCM) disconnected.
- Constant Control Relay Module (CCRM) disconnected.
- Measure resistance between test pin 54 and chassis ground.
- Is resistance greater than 10,000 ohms?
Yes -- Go to X62. X62 - Isolate Fault to PCM or CCRM
No -- Service short to ground in Wide Open Throttle A/C Cut-Off (WAC) circuit. Remove breakout box. Reconnect all components. Re-evaluate symptom.
