Insert the WIN and bracket up through the steering column opening.
From the steering column opening install the two lower WIN bracket retainers one on the bottom and one on the side (1).
Through instrument cluster opening, install the upper Wireless Ignition Node (WIN) bracket retainer.
Install the instrument cluster. Refer to INSTALLATION .

Install the right side knee blocker support bracket.
Install the steering column opening cover. Refer to COVER, STEERING COLUMN OPENING, INSTALLATION .
Install the drivers side silencer pad.
