Solenoid, Variable Valve Timing: Removal: Right

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  2. Recover the refrigerant from the refrigerant system. Refer to PLUMBING, FRONT, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
  3. Remove the resonator. Refer to RESONATOR, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL .
  4. Remove the upper A/C liquid and suction line assembly (1). Refer to LINE, A/C SUCTION, REMOVAL .
