Circuit/System Description
The power steering system contains redundant torque and steering angle sensors in order to limit situations where total loss of assist occur. If a malfunction occurs in only one of the two sensors, the power steering system will continue to provide steering assist.

When to See a Mechanic
Stop DIY work and contact a certified mechanic immediately if any of the following apply:

- • Brakes feel soft, pull hard to one side, or make grinding noises.
- • The engine overheats, stalls repeatedly, or misfires under load.
