    Fuel Pump Seal (2) - Install New

  2. Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module (1) - Install

    Fuel Pump Lock Ring (1) - Install - CH 45722  Fuel Sender Lock Ring Wrench

    Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose (3) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  5. Evaporative Emission Canister Vent Hose (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  6. Connect the electrical connector (1) at the fuel tank fuel pump module.

    Place a suitable adjustable jack under the fuel tank.

  8. Fuel Tank (1) - Install

    Fuel Tank Strap (2) - Install [2x]

  10. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  11. Fuel Tank Strap Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
  12. Remove the adjustable jack from under the fuel tank.

    Connect the hose and wiring harness retainers as necessary.

  14. Evaporative Emission Canister Vent Hose (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  15. Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose (1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Evaporative Emission Canister Vent Hose (4) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  17. Fuel Tank Filler Hose (3) - Install
  18. Fuel Tank Filler Hose Clamp (2) - Tighten - Fastener Specifications
  19. Wiring Harness (1) - Connect
  20. Refill the fuel tank.
  21. Inspect for fuel leaks.
