    Radiator (5) - Install

  2. Radiator Air Upper Seal (4) - Install
  3. Radiator Air Side Seal (3) - Install
  4. Air Conditioning Condenser (2) - Install
  5. Air Conditioning Condenser Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 3 N.m (27 lb in)

    Charge Air Cooler (2) @ Radiator Assembly - Install - Charge Air Cooler Replacement

    Engine Coolant Fan (2) @ Radiator Assembly - Install

  8. Engine Coolant Fan Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 3 N.m (27 lb in)

    Radiator Assembly (1) - Install

  10. Connect the electrical connectors.

  28. Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging
  29. Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716 LBP) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LBP) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716 L3T) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static L3T) 
  30. Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
  31. If necessary, fill the transmission to the proper level with the correct fluid. Transmission Fluid Level and Condition Check , and Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers
  32. Inspect for refrigerant leaks. Leak Testing
