Installation Procedure

2025 Chevrolet Tahoe PPV, RWDSECTION Installation Procedure
  1. Position the wheelhouse liner out of the way to gain access to the front wheel speed sensor electrical connector.

    Front Wheel Speed Sensor Wiring Harness (2) - Install

  3. Connect the electrical connector. (1)
  4. Front Wheel Speed Sensor Retainer (3) - Install [3x]

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Front Wheel Speed Sensor Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    {If equipped} Wiring Harness (1) @ Front Wheel Speed Sensor Bracket - Install

    Front Wheel Speed Sensor Wiring Harness (1) @ Wiring Harness Bracket - Install

    Front Wheel Speed Sensor Bracket (3) - Install

  9. Front Wheel Speed Sensor Bracket Bolt (4) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications 
  10. Apply a light coat of wheel speed anti-corrosion grease to the front wheel speed sensor (2) and mounting pad on the front steering knuckle. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers 
  11. Front Wheel Speed Sensor (2) - Install
  12. Front Wheel Speed Sensor Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications 
  13. Install the front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Steel Wheel) , or Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Aluminum Wheel)
  14. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
  15. Verify the repair is complete. Diagnostic Repair Verification
