Installation Procedure
2025 Chevrolet Tahoe PPV, 4WDSECTION Installation Procedure
Install the power steering control module wiring power harness (1).
- Install the power steering control module wiring power harness clip (2) to the electric belt drive rack and pinion steering gear housing.
- Connect the power steering control module wiring power harness (1) to the power steering assist motor.
Connect the power steering control module wiring power harness (2) to the main power steering wiring harness (1).
Install the power steering assist motor wire clip (3).
- Position the power steering control module wiring power harness (1) into the 2 retaining clips (2).
- Install underbody panels as necessary. Underbody Panel Component Locator
- Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (9C1 / 5W4) , or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)
