Removal Procedure
- Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (9C1 / 5W4) , or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)
- Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
Turn the 2 rear bumper fascia trailer hitch cover retainers (1) a quarter turn counter clockwise and remove.
- Carefully release the tabs and pull the rear bumper fascia trailer hitch cover (2) down from the rear bumper fascia.
Electrical Connector (1) @ Trailer Tire Pressure Indicator Module - Disconnect
Low Tire Pressure Indicator Module Bolt (1) - Remove
- Trailer Tire Pressure Indicator Module (2) - Remove
