Removal Procedure

2025 Chevrolet Tahoe Commercial, 4WDSECTION Removal Procedure
  1. Spare Wheel - Remove
  2. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

    If equipped, disconnect the trailer brake control module wire harness connector (1).

  4. Disconnect the electronic suspension control module wire harness connector (2).

    Electronic Suspension Control Module Bracket Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]

  6. NOTE:
    • The electronic suspension control module bracket nuts and studs are part of the bracket.
    • Turn the stud right to loosen.
  7. Loosen the 2 electronic suspension control module bracket studs (2).

    Remove the electronic suspension control module bracket (1) from the keyhole slot at the frame.

    Electronic Suspension Control Module Bracket Nut (1) - Remove [4x]

  10. Electronic Suspension Control Module (2) - Remove
