Removal Procedure
Use a flat-bladed plastic tool to remove the push-in retainers.
- Instrument Panel Lower Insulator Retainer (1) - Remove [2x]
- Disconnect the electrical connectors and reposition the wiring harness as necessary.
Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Insulator - Left Side (1) - Remove
Floor Front Air Outlet Duct Bolt (1) - Remove
Floor Front Air Outlet Duct (1) - Remove

Disconnect the electrical connectors. (2)
- Steering Column Control Module Bracket Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]
