Installation Procedure
Install the power steering control module torque sensor wiring harness (1).
- Install the power steering control module torque sensor wiring harness clip (2) to the electric belt drive rack and pinion steering gear housing.
- Connect the power steering control module torque sensor wiring harness (1) to the power steering assist motor.
- NOTE:
Some components not shown for graphic clarity.
Connect the power steering control module torque sensor wiring harness (1) to the electric belt drive rack and pinion steering gear.
- Install underbody panels as necessary. Underbody Panel Component Locator
- Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (9C1 / 5W4) , or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)

When to See a Mechanic
