2025 Chevrolet Tahoe Commercial, 4WDSECTION Circuit/System Testing

DTC B0126 92 

  1. Ignition ON.
  2. Verify the B292 Driver Monitoring Camera coax cable is properly connected at all components, and there is no damage to the cable or connections.
    • If connection problems or cable damage is noted 

      Perform the appropriate repair or replacement to correct any issues

    • Go to next step: If no connection problems or cable damage is noted 
  3. Verify DTC B0126 is not set.
    • If the DTC is set 

      Replace the B292 Driver Monitoring Camera

    • Go to next step: If the DTC is not set 
  4. Verify DTC B0126 58 is not set.
    • If DTC is set 
    1. Clean the replacement B292 Driver Monitoring Camera.
    2. Verify the camera is mounted correctly.
      • If the camera is incorrectly mounted, remove and reinstall camera
      • Go to next step: If the camera is mounted correctly
    3. Replace the K180 Driver Monitoring System Module.
    • Go to next step: If the DTC is not set 
  5. All OK. A fault is currently not present and may be an intermittent condition.

DTC B0126 57 or B0126 96 

  1. Verify DTC B0126 is not set.
    • If the DTC is set. 
    1. Replace the B292 Driver Monitoring Camera
    2. Verify the DTC does not reset
      • If the DTC resets, replace the K180 Driver Monitoring Control Module
      • Go to next step: If the DTC does not reset,
    3. All OK.
    • Go to next step: If the DTC is not set 
  2. All OK. A fault is currently not present and may be an intermittent condition.
