Removal Procedure

2025 Chevrolet Suburban LS, RWDSECTION Removal Procedure
  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
  2. NOTE:

    Service mode will be automatically enabled when the ride height sensors detect the vehicle has been lifted off the ground. Service mode will automatically be disabled when the vehicle reaches 16 km/h (10 MPH).

  3. Using the scan tool, deflate the automatic level control air supply reservoir and the 4 air springs.
  4. Remove the spare tire and wheel assembly.

    Electrical Connector (2) - Remove

  6. Remove the 7 automatic level control air compressor tube fitting (1) from the air suspension controller.
  7. NOTE:

    The new automatic level control module air suspension controller will have new automatic level control air compressor tube fittings installed.

  8. Using a suitable tool, slightly open the split in the bite rings located under automatic level control air compressor tube fittings.
  9. Remove and DISCARD the 7 old automatic level control air compressor tube fittings (1) from the 7 automatic level control air compressor tubes.

    Remove the 2 automatic level control solenoid bolts (1).

    Remove the air suspension controller (1) and air suspension control module as an assembly.

    Automatic Level Control Air Compressor Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]

  13. Air Suspension Control Module (3) - Remove
