Circuit/System Testing

2025 Chevrolet Suburban LS, RWDSECTION Circuit/System Testing
  1. Ignition OFF and all vehicle systems OFF.
  2. Inspect the K5 Automatic Level Control Module and Air Suspension Controller for damage.
    • If damage is found 

      Replace the damaged component

    • Go to next step: If damage is not found 
  3. Verify the K5 Automatic Level Control Module software is up to date.
    • If the software is not up to date 
    1. Perform the programming and setup for the K5 Automatic Level Control Module.
    2. Verify DTC C1175 does not reset.
      • If DTC sets

        Replace the K5 Automatic Level Control Module and the Air Suspension Controller.

      • Go to next step: If the DTC does not set
    3. All OK.
    • Go to next step: If the software is up to date 
  4. Replace the K5 Automatic Level Control Module and the Air Suspension Controller.
