    Generator Bolt (1) - Loosely install

    Generator (1) - Install

  3. Install hoses and wiring harness as needed.

    Generator Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

  5. Generator Bolt (2) - Tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Generator Battery Jumper Cable (2) - Install

  7. Battery Positive Cable Nut (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Electrical Connector (1) - Connect

    Engine Wiring Harness Bracket (2) - Install

    Engine Wiring Harness Retainer (2) - Install [3x]

    Belt Idler Pulley (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Rotate the accessory drive primary belt tensioner (1) clockwise.

  15. Slide the accessory drive primary belt (2) onto the generator pulley and slowly release the accessory drive primary belt tensioner (1).

    Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose (1) - Install

  17. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Clip (2) - Clip [4x]

    Ring Terminal (6) - Install

  19. Engine Wiring Harness Ground Bolt (5) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  20. Engine Wiring Harness Bracket (2) - Install

  22. Engine Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (4) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  23. Engine Wiring Harness Bracket Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Clip (1) @ Engine Coolant Fan Rear Shroud - Install [2x]

    Charge Air Cooler Surge Tank (2) - Install

  26. Charge Air Cooler Coolant Reservoir Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Air Cleaner Lower Housing (1) - Install

    Electrical Connector (1) @ Air Cleaner Lower Housing - Install

  30. Install all retainers to the air cleaner lower housing.

    Air Cleaner Upper Housing (2) - Install

  32. Air Cleaner Housing Cover Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
  33. Connect the electrical connector.

    Intake Air Splash Shield (2) - Install

  35. Intake Air Baffle Retainer (1) - Install [9x]

    Hood Secondary Latch Release Handle (2) - Install

  37. Hood Latch Actuator Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct (2) - Install

  39. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Clamp (1) - Tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Remove the oil fill cap.

  41. Engage the intake manifold cover (2) into position.
  42. Intake Manifold Cover Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  43. Install the oil fill cap.
  44. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (9C1 / 5W4) , or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)
