Preliminary Procedures

  1. Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Left Side (Equinox) , or Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Left Side (Terrain)
  2. Place a clean suitable drain pan under the windshield washer solvent container.
1 Windshield Washer Solvent Container Level Sensor

Procedure

  1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  2. Using two flat-bladed tools placed under each side of the level sensor, disengage the level sensor from the washer container.

Procedure 
Using two flat-bladed tools under the washer pump grommet, pry upward in order to remove the grommet from the washer container.
NOTE:

Install a new grommet. DO NOT reuse the old grommet.
