Removal Procedure
- Front Bumper Fascia - Remove - Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (Equinox) , or Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (Terrain)
- Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)
Radiator Air Lower Baffle (1) - Remove - Radiator Air Lower Baffle Replacement
Radiator Air Upper Baffle (1) - Remove - Radiator Air Upper Baffle Replacement
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.
- Air Conditioning Condenser - Remove - Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement
- Charge Air Cooler - Remove - Charge Air Cooler Replacement
Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @ Radiator - Remove - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement
Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose (2) @ Radiator - Remove - Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Replacement
Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @ - Radiator - Remove - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement
Radiator Upper Bracket-Left Side (2) - Remove - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Left Side
Radiator Upper Bracket-Right Side (2) - Remove - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Right Side
Engine Coolant Fan (1) @ Radiator - Remove - Engine Coolant Fan Replacement
Radiator (1) - Remove
- Transfer components as necessary.
