Installation Procedure
Radiator (1) - Install
Engine Coolant Fan (1) @ Radiator - Install - Engine Coolant Fan Replacement
Radiator Upper Bracket-Right Side (2) - Install - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Right Side
Radiator Upper Bracket-Left Side (2) - Install - Radiator Upper Bracket Replacement - Left Side
Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @ Radiator - Install - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement
Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose (2) @ Radiator - Install - Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Replacement
Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @ Radiator - Install - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement
- Charge Air Cooler - Install - Charge Air Cooler Replacement
- Air Conditioning Condenser - Install - Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement
- Connect the electrical connectors.
Radiator Air Upper Baffle (1) - Install - Radiator Air Upper Baffle Replacement
Radiator Air Lower Baffle (1) - Install - Radiator Air Lower Baffle Replacement
- Front Bumper Fascia - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (Equinox) , or Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (Terrain)
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
