2025 Chevrolet Equinox EV RS, AWDSECTION Unsuccessful Programming Recovery

If programming a control module is not successful, perform the following procedure:

  1. Verify the control module, data link connector and programming tool connections are secure and the tool software is up to date.
  2. Access the Service Programming System (SPS) and follow the on-screen instructions.
  3. On the SPS Supported Controllers screen, select K107 - Drive Motor Control Module - Programming and follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. Verify the control module programming is successful.
    • If the programming is not successful 
    1. Vehicle Off. Wait for greater than 1 min.
    2. Vehicle OnService Mode
    3. On the SPS Supported Controllers screen, select K107 - Drive Motor Control Module - Programming and follow the on-screen instructions.
      • If the programming is not successful, Replace the appropriate component: Drive Motor Control Module that was not able to program.
      • Go to next step: If the programming is successful
    4. All OK.
    • Go to next step: If the programming is successful 
  5. All OK..
