Installation Procedure
Drive Motor Battery Charger Adapter (2) - Install [2x]
- Drive Motor Battery Charger Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
Battery Charger (1) - Install
Drive Motor Battery Charger Bracket Nut - Right Side (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Drive Motor Battery Charger Bracket Nut - Left Side (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Drive Motor Battery Charger Inlet Hose (2) @ Battery Charger - Install
- Retainer (1) - Install
Drive Motor Battery Charger Receptacle Coolant Outlet Hose (3) @ Battery Charger - Install
- Retainer (2) - Install
- Connect the high voltage electrical connector and install the wiring harness retainers as necessary. (1, 4) High Voltage Connectors
Connect the high voltage electrical connector and install the wiring harness retainers as necessary. (2, 3) High Voltage Connectors
- Electrical Connector (1) - Connect
Position the condenser fan and radiator assembly (1) forward.
Radiator Upper Bracket - Left Side and Right Side (2) - Install [2x]
Radiator Upper Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
- Reposition the hood release cable into place on the left-side radiator upper bracket. (5)
- Connect the electrical connectors and install the wiring harness retainers as necessary. (3, 4)
Hose Clip (3) - Install [2x]
- Retainer (1) - Engage
Drive Motor Battery Charger Bracket (3) - Install
- Drive Motor Battery Charger Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
- Drive Motor Battery Charger Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Drive Motor Battery Cooling System Draining and Filling
- Enable the high voltage system. High Voltage Enabling
