Circuit/System Verification
2025 Chevrolet Equinox EV RS, AWDSECTION Circuit/System Verification
- Inspect the terminals of the following components and connectors for damage or corrosion and repair or replace as necessary: Battery Charger used when DTC(s) set.
- Ignition - On/Vehicle - In Service Mode
- Verify the scan tool parameter: Hybrid/Electric Vehicle Battery AC Charger Coupler Temperature Sensor 2 = -39 to 149°C (-38 to 300°F)
- If not between -39 and 149°C (-38 and 300°F)
Refer to: Circuit/System Testing
- Go to next step: If between -39 and 149°C (-38 and 300°F)
- If not between -39 and 149°C (-38 and 300°F)
- Charge the vehicle using the AC Charger
- Observe the scan tool parameter: Hybrid/Electric Vehicle Battery AC Charger Coupler Temperature Sensor 2 = -39 to 149°C (-38 to 300°F) and changes
- If the value does not change
Refer to: Circuit/System Testing
- Go to next step: If the value changes
- If the value does not change
- Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
Verify the DTC does not set.
- If the DTC sets
Refer to: Circuit/System Testing
- Go to next step: If the DTC is not set
- If the DTC sets
- All OK.
