Installation Procedure
Image Processing Module (2) - Install
- Active Safety Control Module Bracket Nut (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
- Connect the electrical connectors.
- Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel - Left Side (1) - Install
- Connect the electrical connector.
Body Lock Pillar Lower Trim Panel Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Quarter Trim Panel Cover (1) - Install
Cargo Tie Down Loop (3) - Install
- If a NEW threaded component is being installed, loosen the adhesive using a metal pick or similar tool before proceeding. If threaded component is reused, prepare the threaded component using the following steps:
- Remove any loose cured adhesive from the external threads of the component using a lint free cloth.
- Thread the cleaned component into the internal mating threads and remove to loosen trapped cured adhesive.
- Remove loose debris from internal and external threads using compressed air.
- Apply liquid thread locking adhesive in a strip along half of the length of the external threads, starting at the tip, just prior to installation. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers
- Cargo Tie Down Loop Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Cargo Tie Down Loop Bolt Cap (1) - Install
Convenience Net Retainer (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Liftgate Sill Garnish Molding (2) - Install
- Liftgate Lock Striker Cover (1) - Install
Rear Compartment Floor Stowage Compartment Divider (2) - Install
- Rear Compartment Floor Stowage Compartment Divider Retainer (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
Load Floor Stowage Compartment Cover (1) - Install
Quarter Window Trim Finish Panel (1) - Install
Quarter Window Trim Finish Panel Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Quarter Window Trim Finish Panel Bolt Cap (2) - Install
Rear Seat Shoulder Belt Guide (1) - Install
Rear Side Door Sill Garnish Molding (1) - Install
Rear Seat Back Cushion - Left Side (3) - Install - Rear Seat Back Cushion Removal and Installation - Left Side
- Enable the SIR System. SIR Disabling and Enabling
- Perform the necessary programming and setup procedure:Control Module References .
