2025 Chevrolet Equinox ACTIV, 4WDSECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Front Bumper Fascia - Remove - Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (Equinox) , or Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (Terrain)
  2. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)

    Radiator Air Lower Baffle (1) - Remove - Radiator Air Lower Baffle Replacement

    Radiator Air Upper Baffle (1) - Remove - Radiator Air Upper Baffle Replacement 

  5. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
  6. Air Conditioning Condenser - Remove - Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement
  7. Charge Air Cooler - Remove - Charge Air Cooler Replacement

    Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @ Radiator - Remove - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement
