Installation Procedure
O-Ring (2) - Install NEW
- Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module (1) - Install
Transfer Pipe (3) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Electrical Connector (2) - Connect
- Fuel Pump Vent Pipe (1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
Fuel Pump Lock Ring (1) - Install - CH-45722 Fuel Sender Lock Ring Wrench (2)
Fuel Tank Filler Evaporative Emission Valve Hose (4) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Fuel Feed Hose (3) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Fuel Tank Filler Vent Pipe (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Electrical Connector (1) - Connect [3x]
Fuel Tank (1) - Install
Fuel Tank Strap (2) - Install [2x]
- Fuel Tank Strap Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [5x] - Fastener Specifications
- NOTE:
Lubricate Insulators Before Installation.
Differential Drive Pinion Gear Seal (2) - Install NEW
- Driveline Torque Tube (1) - Install
Driveline Torque Tube Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications
Propeller Shaft (1) - Install - Two-Piece Propeller Shaft Replacement
Fuel Tank Filler Hose (4) - Connect
- Fuel Tank Filler Hose Clamp (3) - Tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Evaporative Emission Canister Vent (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Fuel Tank Vent Hose (1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Pipe (4) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Fuel Feed Hose (3) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Wiring Harness (1) @ Retainer (2) - Install [3x]
- Fuel Tank Fuel Pump Module Wiring Harness (1) - Connect [2x]
- Underbody Rear Air Deflector - Install - Underbody Rear Air Deflector Replacement
- Refill the fuel tank.
- Inspect for fuel leaks.
