Engine Block Assemble
1. Install the 4 piston oil nozzles (1).
2. Install the piston (1) and spring (2) to the oil pressure relief valve closure bolt (3).
Caution:
Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.
3. Install the oil pressure relief valve and the oil pressure relief valve closure bolt (1) and tighten to 21 Nm (16 lb ft).
4. Install the knock sensor (1) and the knock sensor bolt (2) and tighten to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).
5. Install the oil flow check valve (1).
6. Install the oil pressure switch (1) and tighten to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).
7. Install the cylinder head locating (1, 2).
