Heater Coolant Heater Control Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle Service and Repair.

2. Disconnect the heater coolant heater electrical connectors.





3. Remove the heater coolant heater control module upper retaining screws.

4. Remove the heater coolant heater control module lower retaining screws.

5. Remove the heater coolant heater control module from the coolant heater.

6. Disconnect the heater coolant heater control module to coolant heater electrical connector.

Installation Procedure

1. Connect the heater coolant heater control module to coolant heater electrical connector.

2. Install the heater coolant heater control module to the coolant heater.





Caution:
Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

3. Install the heater coolant heater control module retaining screws.

* Tighten the upper screws to 3 Nm (27 lb in).

* Tighten the lower screws to 6 Nm (53 lb in).

4. Connect the heater coolant heater electrical connectors.

5. Lower the vehicle.
