Long bolts (1, 4, 5, 8, 9) a final pass 75 degrees
Medium bolts (12, 13) a final pass 65 degrees
Short bolts (2, 3, 6, 7, 10, 11) a final pass 55 degrees
Use NEW cylinder head bolts
Warpage maximum within a 152.4 mm (6.0 in)
Block deck 0.10 mm (0.004 in)
Exhaust manifold deck 0.05 mm (0.002 in)
Intake manifold deck 0.10 mm (0.004 in)
