Intake Manifold Assemble
1. Install the NEW plastic compression limiters (1).
2. Install the NEW lower intake manifold gaskets (3).
3. Install the lower intake manifold (2) and bolts (1).
Caution:
Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.
4. Tighten the lower intake manifold bolts (1) to 7 Nm (62 lb in).
5. Install the MAP sensor (2).
6. Install the MAP sensor bolt (1) and tighten to 4 Nm (35 lb in).
7. Install the EVAP solenoid (1).
8. Tighten the EVAP solenoid bolt to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
9. Install the NEW throttle body seal (3).
10. Install the throttle body (2).
11. Install the throttle body bolts (1) and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
