Intake Manifold Removal





1. Disconnect and remove the brake booster hose from the intake manifold.





2. Disconnect and remove the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) tube from the intake manifold and right camshaft cover.





3. Remove the evaporative (EVAP) hose from the intake manifold and EVAP solenoid.





4. Remove the EVAP solenoid bolts

5. Remove the EVAP solenoid.





6. Remove the fuel pump cover bolts (1).

7. Remove the fuel pump cover (2).





8. Remove the intake manifold bolts.

9. Remove the intake manifold assembly.





10. Remove and discard the lower intake manifold gasket.
