Hinged Rear Window Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the rear door trim panel.





Warning:
Refer to Glass and Sheet Metal Handling Warning Glass and Sheet Metal Handling Warning.


2. Remove the screws (1) that retain the latch to the door.

3. Remove the screws that retain the hinge (3) to the door.

4. Remove the window assembly from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the window assembly to the vehicle.





Caution:
Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

2. Install the screws that retain the hinge (3) to the door and tighten to 3 Nm (27 lb in).

3. Install the screws (1) that retain the latch to the door and tighten to 3 Nm (27 lb in).

4. Install the rear door trim panel.
